(a) A person that knowingly or intentionally operates a watercraft displaying:\n(1) a temporary license plate issued under section 7 of this chapter that is altered or reproduced; or\n(2) a license plate that purports to be a temporary license plate issued under section 7 of this chapter;\ncommits a Class C misdemeanor.\n(b) A person that, with the intent to defraud, obtains an altered temporary license plate described in subsection (a) commits a Class C misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 9.
