{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-12-12-112","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 12-12,112","heading":"Definitions.","body":"When used in this act and unless otherwise specifically provided therein:\n(a) \"Board of education\" means the board of education of unified school district No. 463;\n(b) \"city\" means the city of Udall, Kansas;\n(c) \"county\" means Cowley county;\n(d) \"library\" means a library that serves the general public and is supported in whole or in part with tax moneys and shall be called the Udall area public district library;\n(e) \"library district\" means all territory located within the boundaries of unified school district No. 463; and\n(f) \"library district board\" means the library district board of trustees appointed pursuant to the provisions of this act.","path":["Chapter 12.—CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES","Article 12.—LIBRARIES"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch12/012_012_0112.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T15:10:15Z","sha256":"7ef81971d6b50535c5f864bd1cbe842030333f6c54afa893e12e218943efb6aa","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-12-12-111","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-12-12-113"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
