{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-15-1704","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 15-1704","heading":"Election to adopt act; election of officers.","body":"Before the provisions of this act shall apply to any city of the third class in this state, it shall be submitted, in the manner provided by K.S.A. 12-184, to a vote of the legally qualified electors of such city for adoption, and shall receive a majority of all votes cast at such election.\nSuch election shall be held in all respects according to the law for city elections on questions submitted.
