{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-15-719","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 15-719","heading":"Same; temporary notes and bonds; bond election.","body":"To provide for the payment of the city's share of the cost of any such street or alley improvement, any such city may issue temporary notes and bonds of said city: Provided, That nothing herein shall be construed to authorize the issuance of any obligations of any city in excess of the present limitations of indebtedness, prescribed by law: And further provided, That bonds shall not be issued as authorized herein until the question shall have been approved by a vote of the electors at a general city election, or a special election called for that purpose.
