{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-16a-3-210","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 16a-3-210","heading":"Electronic writings or signatures authorized.","body":"(1) Any writing or signature required by this act may be provided or executed using an electronic format pursuant to K.S.A. 16-1601 et seq., and amendments thereto.\n(2) If a consumer agrees in writing to the use of an electronic format instead of United States mail to send a document, any requirement under this act to use United States mail to send a document may be satisfied by sending the document by such electronic format.
