{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-17-4607","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 17-4607","heading":"Articles of incorporation.","body":"Articles of incorporation of a cooperative shall recite that they are executed pursuant to this act and shall state:\n(1) The name of the cooperative;\n(2) the address of its principal office;\n(3) the names and addresses of the incorporators;\n(4) the names and addresses of its trustees; and\n(5) the purposes for which it is organized; and may contain any provisions not inconsistent with this act deemed necessary or advisable for the conduct of its business.
