{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-2-2474","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 2-2474","heading":"Same; public hearing concerning designation; notice.","body":"Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 2-2475, before designating any pesticide management area, the secretary shall hold a public hearing at which any interested party may appear and be heard in person or by attorney. Notice of the hearing shall be given by a publication in the Kansas register and by three publications in a newspaper or newspapers of general circulation within the area in question within the 30-day period prior to the date set for the hearing.
