Reimbursement for travel expenses and subsistence expenses or allowances of judicial members shall be paid as provided in K.S.A. 75-3212, and amendments thereto.\nAll bills and accounts of the council shall be approved by the chairperson and shall be audited and paid as other claims against the state, authorized by law.
