{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-21-6808","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 21-6808","heading":"Crime severity scale for drug crimes, application; presumptive sentences.","body":"(a) The crime severity scale contained in the sentencing guidelines grid for drug offenses as provided in K.S.A. 21-6805, and amendments thereto, consists of 5 levels of crimes. Crimes listed within each level are considered to be relatively equal in severity.
