{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-32-944","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 32-944","heading":"Same; land requirements.","body":"Any person owning, holding or controlling, by lease or otherwise, for a term of five or more years, any contiguous tract of land having an area of not less than 160 acres nor more than 1,280 acres, who desires to establish a controlled shooting area to propagate and shoot game birds thereon shall make application to the secretary for a license to operate a controlled shooting area. If the controlled shooting area is to be used exclusively for the propagation and shooting of hand-raised mallard ducks, the area licensed may be less than the 160 acres required above.
