{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-38-549","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 38-549","heading":"No-fund warrants.","body":"The board of directors of any youth camp or home may adopt a resolution at any time before tax moneys are available under authority of this act, and such resolution may provide for the issuance of no-fund warrants in an amount not to exceed the amount which would be produced by a one mill levy on the assessed taxable tangible property in the contracting counties.
