{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-40-2d10","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 40-2d10","heading":"Domestic health organization to file RBC plan in any state authorized to do business.","body":"Every domestic health organization that files an RBC plan or revised RBC plan with the commissioner shall file a copy of the RBC plan or revised RBC plan with the insurance commissioner in any state in which the health organization is authorized to do business if:\n(a) Such state has an RBC provision substantially similar to K.S.A. 40-2d20, and amendments thereto; and\n(b) the insurance commissioner of that state has notified the health organization of such insurance commissioner's request for the filing in writing, in which case the health organization shall file a copy of the RBC plan or revised RBC plan in that state no later than the later of:\n(1) 15 days after the receipt of notice to file a copy of its RBC plan or revised RBC plan with the state; or\n(2) the date on which the final RBC plan or revised RBC plan is filed under K.S.A. 40-2d07 or 40-2d08, and amendments thereto.","path":["Chapter 40.—INSURANCE","Article 2d.—HEALTH ORGANIZATION RISK-BASED CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch40/040_002d_0010.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T15:11:57Z","sha256":"d360e85943fa7070ead9991b4dd711965df394b97747a9a92b2ca232178d5d69","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-40-2d09","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-40-2d11"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
