{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-40-4916","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 40-4916","heading":"Same; rules and regulations.","body":"In accordance with the provisions of the rules and regulations filing act, K.S.A. 77-415 et seq., and amendments thereto, the commissioner may adopt, amend and revoke rules and regulations governing the administration and enforcement of this act, including but not limited to:\n(a) Criteria for approval of continuing education materials and assigning C.E.C. values for such materials;\n(b) any form required to implement this act, subject to the condition that any application form shall substantially comply with any requirements imposed by the NAIC;\n(c) any application for examination or licensure under this act;\n(d) any examination for licensing under this act;\n(e) any report which may be required by this act; and\n(f) such other rules and regulations as the commissioner may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.","path":["Chapter 40.—INSURANCE","Article 49.—UNIFORM INSURANCE AGENTS LICENSING ACT"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch40/040_049_0016.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-15T06:15:46Z","sha256":"841dac9a9f1056e0095d77b3b38ce57c6e4d2b6331e2676e48eb0eb4c6aa35cb","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-40-4915","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-40-4917"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
