{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-41-2703a","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 41-2703a","heading":"Licensure qualifications for limited liability company.","body":"(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any limited liability company applying for a license under the Kansas cereal malt beverage act shall be required to meet the qualifications for licensure of a corporation under K.S.A. 41-2703, and amendments thereto, except that only those individuals owning in the aggregate 25% or more of the ownership interest in such limited liability company shall be required to meet the qualifications for an individual to obtain a license.\n(b) Any limited liability company applying for a license under the Kansas cereal malt beverage act shall submit a copy of its articles of organization and operating agreement to the director in such form and manner as prescribed by the director.\n(c) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the Kansas cereal malt beverage act.","path":["Chapter 41.—INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES","Article 27.—CEREAL MALT BEVERAGES"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch41/041_027_0003a.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-15T06:16:11Z","sha256":"0a8066a40f16accc9a7992760b6e1c5d9e860cf7740ecf46ccd15cbafe998299","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-41-2703","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-41-2704"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
