{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-41-311c","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 41-311c","heading":"Licensure qualifications for limited liability company.","body":"(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any limited liability company applying for a retailer's license under the Kansas liquor control act shall be required to meet the qualifications for licensure of a copartnership under K.S.A. 41-311, and amendments thereto.
