{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-50-653","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 50-653","heading":"Title search disclosure; supplier no liability if disclosed.","body":"A supplier as defined herein shall disclose in writing to the purchaser of a motor vehicle at or before the time of entering into the purchase agreement whether the supplier has or has not performed a title search for such motor vehicle and such disclosure statement shall be signed by the purchaser acknowledging such disclosure was made to the purchaser.
