The application shall contain: (a) A description of the land and pool or part thereof to be so operated, termed the unit area;\n(b) a statement of the type of operations contemplated for the unit area;\n(c) a copy of a proposed plan of unitization which the applicant considers fair, reasonable and equitable;\n(d) a copy of a proposed operating plan covering the manner in which the unit will be supervised and managed and costs allocated and paid;\n(e) an allegation of the facts required to be found by the commission under K.S.A. 55-1304 and amendments thereto.\nUpon filing of an application for an order providing for the unit operation of a pool or part thereof, the commission shall conduct a hearing in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.","path":["Chapter 55.—OIL AND GAS","Article 13.—UNITIZATION"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch55/055_013_0003.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-15T06:19:26Z","sha256":"9af2a919eb75f94367eac481c5702183343ab3bf3609e392eab5eab739da9aad","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-55-1302","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-55-1304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
