{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-58-4116","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 58-4116","heading":"Certification and licensure limited to individuals.","body":"(a) The term \"state certified appraiser\" or \"state licensed appraiser\" may be used only to refer to individuals who hold a certificate or license issued pursuant to this act and may not be used following or immediately in connection with the name or signature of a firm, partnership, corporation or group, or in such manner that it might be interpreted as referring to a firm, partnership, corporation, group or anyone other than an individual holder of the certificate or license.\n(b) No certificate or license shall be issued under the provisions of this act to a corporation, partnership, firm or group.
