{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-5305","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 65-5305","heading":"Same; application; form; requirements; fee.","body":"(a) To apply for a license, a business entity shall submit an application to the secretary in the form required by the secretary and shall pay the fee prescribed by the secretary.\n(b) The application shall include:\n(1) The name and address of the business entity;\n(2) a description of the protective clothing and respirators that the business entity will use;\n(3) the name and address of each asbestos disposal site that the business entity will use;\n(4) a description of the site decontamination procedures that the business entity will use;\n(5) a description of the removal and encapsulation methods that the business entity will use;\n(6) a description of the procedures that the business entity will use for handling waste containing asbestos;\n(7) a description of the air monitoring procedures that the business entity will use;\n(8) a description of the procedures that the business entity will use in cleaning up after completion of the asbestos project;\n(9) the signature of the chief executive officer of the business entity or a designee of the chief executive officer; and\n(10) any other information which may be required by the secretary.","path":["Chapter 65.—PUBLIC HEALTH","Article 53.—ASBESTOS CONTROL"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch65/065_053_0005.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-15T06:24:36Z","sha256":"31651fbd683d8d63a7e284cf1de3396cd550473c9c4fc30246402a1c76fec356","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-5304","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-5306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
