{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-5409","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 65-5409","heading":"Fees.","body":"(a) The board shall charge and collect in advance fees provided for in this act as fixed by the board by rules and regulations, subject to the following limitations:\nApplication fee, not more than $80\nTemporary license fee, not more than 40\nLicense renewal fee, not more than 80\nLicense late renewal fee, not more than 80\nLicense reinstatement fee, not more than 80\nCertified copy of license, not more than 40\nWritten verification of license, not more than 25\n(b) The board shall charge and collect in advance fees for any examination administered by the board under the occupational therapy practice act as fixed by the board by rules and regulations in an amount equal to the cost to the board of the examination.
