{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-6411","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 65-6411","heading":"Fees.","body":"(a) The board may collect the following fees, and any such fees shall be established by rules and regulations adopted by the board:\n(1) For application for licensure as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $150;\n(2) for temporary licensure as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175;\n(3) for original licensure as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175;\n(4) for renewal for licensure as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175;\n(5) for a six-month reinstatement temporary license as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $50;\n(6) for application for licensure as a clinical marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175;\n(7) for original licensure as a clinical marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175;\n(8) for renewal for licensure as a clinical marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175;\n(9) for a six-month reinstatement temporary license as a clinical marriage and family therapist, not more than $50;\n(10) for community-based licensure as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175;\n(11) for reinstatement of a license, not to exceed $175;\n(12) for replacement of a license, not to exceed $20;\n(13) for renewal penalty, an amount equal to the renewal of license;\n(14) for a wallet card license, not to exceed $5; and\n(15) for application for approval as a board-approved clinical supervisor, not to exceed $50.\n(b) Fees paid to the board are not refundable.","path":["Chapter 65.—PUBLIC HEALTH","Article 64.—MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch65/065_064_0011.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-15T06:24:56Z","sha256":"fe4adbaf74bef0999a695a0599131cea51b91e66e4af20ae633f4478a95ba68b","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-6410","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-6413"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
