{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-7312","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 65-7312","heading":"Board of healing arts; duties; rules and regulations; establishments of standards.","body":"The board, with the advice and assistance of the radiologic technology council, shall:\n(a) Pass upon the qualifications of all applicants for examination and licensing; contract for examinations; determine the applicants who successfully pass the examination; duly license such applicants and keep a roster of all individuals licensed;\n(b) adopt rules and regulations as may be necessary to administer the provisions of this act; and prescribe forms which shall be issued in the administration of this act;\n(c) establish standards for approval of an educational course of study and clinical experience, criteria for continuing education, procedures for the examination of applicants; and\n(d) establish standards of professional conduct; procedure for the discipline of licensees and keep a record of all proceedings.","path":["Chapter 65.—PUBLIC HEALTH","Article 73.—RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGISTS"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch65/065_073_0012.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-15T06:25:11Z","sha256":"6a112d91189d476319656f51c314734c231e5d8d7c6abb609360718fa5b8e8ea","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-7311","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-7313"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
