Such rules and regulations shall include, but not be limited to:\n(a) The form and content of license applications required and the procedures for filing an application for an initial or renewal license or reinstatement in this state;\n(b) the establishment of fees for licenses and renewal and reinstatement thereof to cover all or any part of the cost of administering the provisions of this act;\n(c) the educational and training requirements for licensed behavior analysts and licensed assistant behavior analysts;\n(d) the roles, responsibilities and duties of licensed behavior analysts and licensed assistant behavior analysts;\n(e) the characteristics of supervision and supervised clinical practicum experience for the licensed behavior analysts and the licensed assistant behavior analysts;\n(f) the supervision of licensed behavior analysts and licensed assistant behavior analysts;\n(g) the requirements for continuing education for licensed behavior analysts and licensed assistant behavior analysts;\n(h) standards of professional competency;\n(i) standards of professional conduct; and\n(j) such other rules and regulations as the board deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.","path":["Chapter 65.—PUBLIC HEALTH","Article 75.—APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch65/065_075_0005.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-15T06:25:16Z","sha256":"6e8799adeb07423b6bdc9bd3eedea6179b309b70ff6782f03dffa943d223d365","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-7504","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-65-7601"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
