{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-71-701","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 71-701","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this act:\n(a) \"Board of trustees\" means the governing body of a community college.\n(b) \"Campus\" means the location of all or part of the buildings and facilities of a community college.\n(c) \"Chief administrative officer\" means the president or one so appointed by the board of trustees.\n(d) \"Community college\" means a public community college established under the provisions of this act.
