{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-72-2549","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 72-2549","heading":"Applications for state aid; required information.","body":"In order to be approved for payment of state aid, any application under K.S.A. 72-2548, and amendments thereto, shall contain the following information:\n(a) The number of certificated personnel of the school district who are participating in the program;\n(b) a description of the scope, objectives, procedures and activities of and the services provided by the professional development program for the school year;\n(c) the manner in which the professional development program is aligned with the mission, academic focus, and quality performance accreditation school improvement plan;\n(d) a description of the performance measures utilized in meeting the evaluation standards and criteria established under subsection (b) of K.S.A. 72-2546, and amendments thereto;\n(e) the amount budgeted by the board for its professional development program;\n(f) the amount of the actual expenses incurred by the school district in maintaining an approved professional development program;\n(g) the amount of the actual expenses, if any, incurred by the school district for the provision of innovative and experimental procedures, activities and services in its professional development program; and\n(h) such additional information as determined by the state board.","path":["Chapter 72.—SCHOOLS","Article 25.—PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEES"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch72/072_025_0049.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-15T06:27:51Z","sha256":"c1faa221b7ff4b289ce573aa9751dd25b7b0f6fa8b4caeea537aa7fea1026861","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-72-2548","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-72-2550"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
