{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-72-3346","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 72-3346","heading":"Textbook rental plan; fees.","body":"The board of education of any school district may establish a school textbook rental plan for such grades as are maintained by the district whereby such board shall purchase school textbooks to be used by the pupils upon the payment by such pupils of a rental fee.
