{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-72-5157","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 72-5157","heading":"Same; special education and related services weighting.","body":"The special education and related services weighting of each school district shall be determined by the state board as follows:\n(a) Add the amount of payments received by the school district under the provisions of K.S.A. 72-3423, and amendments thereto, to the amount of any grants received by the school district under the provisions of K.S.A. 72-3425, and amendments thereto; and\n(b) divide the sum obtained under subsection (a) by the BASE aid.
