The report shall include, but not be limited to, the following information:\n(a) Any categories of student data collected for the statewide longitudinal student data system that are not otherwise described as student data under K.S.A. 72-6313, and amendments thereto;\n(b) any changes to existing data collections, which includes changes to federal reporting requirements by the secretary of the United States department of education;\n(c) an explanation of any exceptions provided by the state board in the preceding calendar year regarding the release or transfer of student data; and\n(d) the scope and nature of any privacy or security audits completed in the preceding calendar year.","path":["Chapter 72.—SCHOOLS","Article 63.—STUDENT RECORDS"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch72/072_063_0020.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-15T06:29:01Z","sha256":"fa87a2a1bd9375eb9829785fc7d51fca7d7c10bd5de34126999d8bad6cb739fc","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-72-6319","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-72-6331"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
