{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-74-32-132","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 74-32,132","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this act:\n(a) \"Committee\" means the nursing service scholarship review committee established under K.S.A. 74-3299, and amendments thereto.\n(b) \"Executive officer\" means the chief executive officer of the state board of regents appointed under K.S.A. 74-3203a, and amendments thereto.\n(c) \"Educational and training program for advanced practice registered nurses\" means a post-basic nursing education program a graduate of which meets the education requirements of the board of nursing for licensure as an advanced practice registered nurse.\n(d) \"Medically underserved area\" means a practice location designated medically underserved by the secretary of health and environment.\n(e) \"Rural area\" means any county of this state other than Douglas, Johnson, Sedgwick, Shawnee and Wyandotte counties.","path":["Chapter 74.—STATE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND AUTHORITIES","Article 32.—STATE BOARD OF REGENTS"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch74/074_032_0132.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T15:14:11Z","sha256":"0e0e71f47e0c619281b0d749bf0014a3917e9107553b4cda99a52b607406e5bc","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-74-32-131","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-74-32-133"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
