{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-75-1226","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 75-1226","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this act, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them herein:\n(a) \"Tie down\" means any device designed for the purpose of anchoring a mobile home to ground anchors;\n(b) \"Ground anchor\" means any device designed to secure a mobile home to the ground;\n(c) \"Pier\" means one of the structural supports required by this act for a mobile home which is not secured to the ground on a permanent foundation;\n(d) \"Roof protector\" means a device designed to prevent over-the-top tie downs from damaging or penetrating the roof material; and\n(e) \"Mobile home\" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by K.S.A. 58-4202, and amendments thereto.\n(f) \"Secretary\" means the secretary of administration.","path":["Chapter 75.—STATE DEPARTMENTS; PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES","Article 12.—ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch75/075_012_0026.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T15:14:34Z","sha256":"02741dba4b23bba17433f77db087584cfbe4dab052a04340c9e7238bcfeb895d","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-75-1225","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-75-1227"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
