{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-75-1268","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 75-1268","heading":"Architectural, engineering or land surveying services for purposes other than building projects; contracts and procedures; exemption from certain statutes.","body":"Whenever architectural, engineering or land surveying services are required by a state agency for any purpose, other than for a specific project for the construction of a building or for major repairs or improvements to a building, the secretary of administration or the state agency may negotiate and enter into a contract with a qualified architect, engineer or land surveyor for the required services.
