{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-75-6904","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 75-6904","heading":"Bids with nonjudgmental mistakes; awarding authority request for verification; procedure.","body":"In cases where a representative of the awarding authority has reason to believe that nonjudgmental mistakes have been made, the representative of the awarding authority may request from the bidder a verification of the bid calling attention to the suspected nonjudgmental mistake. A bidder may either verify the bid as submitted or withdraw it if a request for verification has been made. If the bidder does not respond within two business days after the bidder receives a request for verification it shall be considered verified.
