{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-75-757","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 75-757","heading":"Human trafficking advisory board.","body":"(a) The human trafficking advisory board established by the attorney general is hereby designated the official human trafficking advisory board for the state of Kansas.\n(b) The board shall include representatives from:\n(1) The office of the governor;\n(2) the attorney general's office;\n(3) the department of labor;\n(4) the department for children and families;\n(5) the department of health and environment;\n(6) the juvenile justice authority;\n(7) the Kansas association of chiefs of police;\n(8) the Kansas sheriffs' association;\n(9) the highway patrol;\n(10) the Kansas bureau of investigation;\n(11) local law enforcement agencies;\n(12) the legislature;\n(13) nongovernmental organizations focused on human trafficking issues, organizations representing diverse communities disproportionately affected by human trafficking and organizations focused on child services and runaway services;\n(14) academic researchers who are dedicated to the subject of human trafficking;\n(15) any other federal, state, or local government entity deemed necessary by the attorney general; and\n(16) any other private sector or nongovernmental organization deemed necessary by the attorney general.","path":["Chapter 75.—STATE DEPARTMENTS; PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES","Article 7.—ATTORNEY GENERAL"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch75/075_007_0057.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T15:14:32Z","sha256":"66868d568fbe4d189eef260e9056ba8aedc110eda39226a32b406025cc76c995","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-75-756","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-75-758"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
