{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-76-12a34","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 76-12a34","heading":"Same; transfer of individuals from state institutions to licensed facility, application to court; hearing and order.","body":"On October 1, 1996, when an individual is located in an institution by the order of a court, the secretary shall cause appropriate application to be made to such court for transfer of such individual from such institution to a facility licensed as provided in K.S.A. 65-4014. The court to which such an application is made shall cause to be issued its order to make such transfer as it deems reasonable as to both time and place.
