{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-76-14a02","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 76-14a02","heading":"Leasing of home; term; disposition of proceeds.","body":"The state board of social welfare is hereby authorized and empowered to lease, upon such terms and conditions as it shall deem advisable, the property known as the Ellsworth home for the aged, or any part thereof for the purpose of providing a home for the aged to the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society for a period of not to exceed fifty years.
