{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-79-1466","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 79-1466","heading":"Transmission of completed real property appraisals to county clerk, when; contents.","body":"Commencing on January 1 of each year, the county or district appraiser shall transmit the taxable real property appraisals and the exempt real property appraisals to the county clerk continually upon the completion thereof.\nUpon completion of transmission of such appraisals to the county clerk, on or before June 1 of each year, the county or district appraiser shall deliver a document certifying that such appraisals constitute the complete appraisal rolls for real property.\nThe taxable real property appraisal roll shall consist of all real property appraisals which in aggregate list all taxable land and improvements located within the county.\nThe exempt real property appraisal roll shall consist of all real property appraisals which in aggregate list all exempt land and improvements located within the county.\nAll transmissions required by this section may be made electronically.","path":["Chapter 79.—TAXATION","Article 14.—PROPERTY VALUATION, EQUALIZING ASSESSMENTS, APPRAISERS AND ASSESSMENT OF PROPERTY"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch79/079_014_0066.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T15:15:10Z","sha256":"cbce6349348ade36094c69d31838d649389033c964bc785b1ca56ae7ff7920ed","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-79-1465","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-79-1467"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
