All tax payments required pursuant to this act shall be made to the director, and shall be accompanied by a return upon forms devised and furnished by the director.\n(b) The director of taxation shall adopt a uniform system of providing, affixing and displaying official stamps, labels or other indicia for marijuana and controlled substances upon which a tax is imposed.\n(c) The secretary of revenue shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of this act.","path":["Chapter 79.—TAXATION","Article 52.—MARIJUANA AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch79/079_052_0003.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T15:15:21Z","sha256":"6fa2010044587a48e4d20b02e2a7475b29dcf8c467590d771eb9c7ec7f90afe1","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-79-5202","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-79-5204"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
