{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-8-1352","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 8-1352","heading":"Same; notice to city or county; additional city or county requirements not in conflict authorized.","body":"Nothing in K.S.A. 8-1349 through 8-1351, and amendments thereto, shall be construed to prohibit any city or county from requiring:\n(a) A law enforcement or nonlaw enforcement funeral lead vehicle or funeral escort for a funeral procession.
