{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-8-2111","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 8-2111","heading":"Applicability of procedures in K.S.A. 8-2101 through 8-2110.","body":"The foregoing provisions of this article shall govern all police officers in making arrests without a warrant for violations of any provisions of article 15, 16, 17, 18 or 19 of chapter 8 of Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, but the procedure prescribed herein shall not otherwise be exclusive of any other method prescribed by law for the arrest and prosecution of a person for an offense of like grade.
