{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-83-227","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 83-227","heading":"Grounds to revoke, suspend, decline to renew or decline to issue a license.","body":"(a) At any time after notice and opportunity for a hearing are given accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act, the secretary may revoke, suspend, decline to renew or decline to issue a service company license or technical representative's license, when the service company or technical representative has:\n(1) Refused to provide the secretary with reasonably complete and accurate information regarding methods used, materials used or work performed as required by the secretary;\n(2) failed to comply with any provision or requirement of this chapter;\n(3) failed to perform work in a manner consistent with the standards set forth in this chapter; or\n(4) committed an unlawful act as established in K.S.A. 83-219, and amendments thereto, or any other provision of this chapter.","path":["Chapter 83.—WEIGHTS AND MEASURES","Article 2.—STANDARDS AND ENFORCEMENT"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch83/083_002_0027.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T15:15:31Z","sha256":"bc0c45668cfa18708d72aa4d90a4210ff1e0ae5f258d069f3ac7ae0ebd0bb9b4","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-83-226","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-83-304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
