{"data":{"id":"us-ks/k.s.a.-9-576","jurisdiction":"us-ks","citation":"K.S.A. 9-576","heading":"Report required upon occurrence of certain administrative or legal proceedings.","body":"(a) A licensee shall file a report with the commissioner within one business day after the licensee has reason to know of the:\n(1) Filing of a bankruptcy or reorganization petition by or against the licensee;\n(2) filing of a petition by or against the licensee for receivership, the commencement of any other judicial or administrative proceeding for the licensee's dissolution or reorganization or the making of a general assignment for the benefit of the licensee's creditors; or\n(3) commencement of a proceeding to revoke or suspend the licensee's license in a state or country where the licensee engages in business or is licensed.\n(b) A licensee shall file a report with the commissioner within three business days after the licensee has reason to know of a felony conviction of:\n(1) The licensee or a key individual or person in control of the licensee; or\n(2) an authorized delegate.\n(c) This section shall take effect on and after January 1, 2025.","path":["Chapter 9.—BANKS AND BANKING; TRUST COMPANIES","Article 5.—MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS"],"source_url":"https://www.ksrevisor.gov/statutes/chapters/ch09/009_005_0076.html","current_through":"2025 legislative session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T15:10:03Z","sha256":"b3b05cfc4ff33c6381cf1c6d9f28b485cff77f8121a4ed6daf82ccce6c1347d7","source_id":"us-ks","stale":false,"prev":"us-ks/k.s.a.-9-575","next":"us-ks/k.s.a.-9-577"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
