{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-100.121","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 100.121","heading":"Joint planning units.","body":"(1) At any time, the legislative bodies of cities and the fiscal court of the county\ncontaining the cities may enter into an agreement to form a joint planning unit by\ncombining planning operations in order that they may carry out a joint city -county\nplanning program.
