{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-100.123","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 100.123","heading":"Regional planning units.","body":"At any time, the legislative bodies of the cities and counties comprising two (2) or more\nadjacent planning units whose combined territory form a logical functional area, or\nportion thereof, by reasons of physical, economic, or social features may enter in to an\nagreement to form a regional planning unit. The agreement for such regional unit may\npermit the continuation of any of the joint units and their planning commissions, or may\nserve to replace them.
