No information offered at the hearing shall be excluded for\nfailure to follow judicial rules of evidence. The presiding body may adopt its own rules to\ndetermine the kind of information that will be received. Members of the presiding body\nmay visit a site pertinent to a hearing prior to the final decision of the presiding body.
