{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-100.985","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 100.985","heading":"Definitions for KRS 100.985 to 100.987.","body":"In addition to the definitions set forth in KRS 100.111, the following definitions shall\napply to KRS 100.985 to 100.987:\n(1) \"Cellular antenna tower\" means a tower constructed for, or an existing facility that\nhas been adapted for, the location of transmission or related equipment to be used in\nthe provision of cellular telecommunications services or personal communications\nservices;\n(2) \"Cellular telecommunications service\" means a retail telecommunications service\nthat uses radio signals transmitted through cell sites and mobile switching stations;\n(3) \"Co-location\" means locating two (2) or more transmission antennas or related\nequipment on the same cellular antenna tower;\n(4) \"Personal communication service\" has the meaning as defined in 47 U.S.C. sec.\n332(c);\n(5) \"Uniform application\" means an application to construct a cellular antenna tower\nsubmitted to a planning commission in conformity with KRS 100.9865 and\n100.987;\n(6) \"Utility\" has the meaning as defined in KRS 278.010(3); and\n(7) \"Antennas or related equipment\" means transmitting, receiving, or other equipment\nused to support cellular telecommunications service or personal communications\nservice.
