The private property of members shall\nbe exempt from corporate debts. It may have a seal, which it may alter at pleasure. It shall\nhave power to take property by gift, purchase, devise or bequest, and to sell and convey it.\nIt shall have all necessary and proper power for the successful carrying out of its\npurposes.
