{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-107.070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 107.070","heading":"Procedure when second ordinance authorizes undertaking.","body":"(1) If the aforesaid second ordinance authorizes the undertaking of the proposed project\nand the financing thereof according to the \"assessed value basis,\" which is\nauthorized by this chapter, and if owners of benefited properties do not take action\nas permitt ed by KRS 107.060, or if such action be taken and shall result in final\njudgment permitting the city to proceed according to the first and second\nordinances, the governing body of the city may proceed as authorized in this\nchapter.\n(2) If the second ordina nce of a wastewater collection project undertaken by a\nmetropolitan sewer district authorizes the undertaking and financing of the project\naccording to the first ordinance, and if no action is initiated as permitted in KRS\n107.060, or if such action be tak en and shall result in final judgment allowing the\nsecond ordinance to stand the board of the district may implement and finance\nconstruction of the project as authorized by this chapter.","path":["KRS Chapter 107"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=27159","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:09Z","sha256":"959ee7d104b8466c168a09169ccd2ba04b4956f2ee4b85e4cfaea93a25a1606f","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-107.060","next":"us-ky/krs-107.080"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
