{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-107.170","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 107.170","heading":"Proceeds from assessment to be segregated -- Shall constitute sinking fund.","body":"The proceeds received by the city from each and every annual improvement assessment\nlevy made in connection with each separate improvement project, as authorized by this\nchapter, shall be segregated from and kept always separate and apart from all other\nreceipts of the city from any and all other sources, and shall be deposited in a separate and\nspecial account in a financial institution in an account so specially designated by number\nor other designation as to identify the same in such manner as to distin guish the receipts\nand deposits from each such project from the receipts and deposits from every other such\nproject, and from any and every other account or fund of the city.
