{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-107.320","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 107.320","heading":"Community improvement districts for counties containing a city with","body":"population of 3,000 or more -- Corporate powers.\nIn counties containing a city with a population equal to or greater than three thousand\n(3,000) based upon the most recent federal d ecennial census, a community improvement\ndistrict may be created as provided in KRS 65.182 for the purpose of erecting buildings\nand related facilities for any governmental unit, or combination of governmental units, in\nthe county. Any community improvemen t district so created shall include all of the\nterritory in the county, including the area of incorporated cities, and shall be designated\nthe \"County Community Improvement District\" (hereinafter called the \"district\").
