Such a district shall be a public body corporate  and\npolitical subdivision, with power to adopt and use a corporate seal, sue and be sued,\ncontract and be contracted with, and in other ways to function as a municipal corporation\nor a natural person within the purview of this chapter. In addition to the general grants of\npower of this chapter, such a district shall have the specific authority provided for in KRS\nChapters 58, 66, 79 and 107.
